The Preferred Pack PP3040-W is a semi-automatic wire seal L-Sealer Shrinkwrapper that is perfect for midsize volumes. This Shrinkwrap Machine is a compact unit that can be transported from site to site. One person operation is simple and efficient. Simply move the package into the sealing area, over-wrap and move product into the attached (optional) shrink tunnel. With a very generous 30 inch wide and 40 inch long work surface, the PP3040-W can accomodate very large products. Recommended Shrink Tunnel: PP3610.

  • Stainless Steel Compensator Assembly: allows operator to adjust wire or micro knife temperature, unit compensates for residual heat in wire from previous cycle. Precise control of heat means consistent seal every cycle.
  • Power Belted Product Discharge: Conveyor automatically transfers product into shrink tunnel.
